Public Policy Center Research Specialist and manager of the Gambler's Assistance Program Evaluation project,
Dr. Juan Paulo Ramirez, was called upon by a reporter for the Santiago Times as a source of information on gambling and the consequences of a gambling addiction. Tarik Abdel-Monem joined the Public Policy Center as a Research Specialist in January, 2003, mainly coordinating the Thomas C. Sorensen Policy Seminar Series and the By the People events.
