Noel Judd joined the Public Policy Center in August 2005 as a computer specialist. Noel changed career plans after paying most of his way through college working for UNL as a computer support technician and being pulled from classes to fix computer problems for his college.
Education
Mr. Judd graduated from UNL with a degree in journalism emphasizing convergence news and photography.
