Nicole Hutsell joined the Public Policy Center in February of 2008 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant. She is an Economics and International Studies major, with a Spanish minor, and plans to graduate with a B.A. in May 2009. She enjoys aviation, baking, running, and travel.
