Public Policy Center Research Specialist and manager of the Gambler's Assistance Program Evaluation project,
Dr. Juan Paulo Ramirez, was called upon by a reporter for the Santiago Times as a source of information on gambling and the consequences of a gambling addiction. Jessica Cleveland joined the Public Policy Center in 2008 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant. She is a Political Science and International Studies double major at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, whose academic interests include emerging democracies, failed states, resource conflict, and globalization. In her free time, Cleveland enjoys cooking, reading, traveling when possible, and is never one to turn down a good cup of coffee.
