Public Policy Center Research Specialist and manager of the Gambler's Assistance Program Evaluation project,
Dr. Juan Paulo Ramirez, was called upon by a reporter for the Santiago Times as a source of information on gambling and the consequences of a gambling addiction. By the People

The purpose of the project is to incorporate discussion, linkages, and community involvement from Nebraska into a nationwide conversation about America’s role in the world and its relevance to local concerns. Nebraska has been a partner in this project since 2004.
