NEBHANDS Project
The purpose of this project was to coordinate a statewide, federally-funded project to eliminate services barriers, ensure access to care, and maximize resources in the state's behavioral health care system.The long-term goal was to ensure affordable and accessible behavioral health care to all people in Nebraska through an integrated system that maximizes the potential of the community- and faith-based organization communities. A three-year, $3.7 million Compassion Capital Fund grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office of Community Services
