2-1-1 in the Mid-South Delta: A Collective Case Study

The purpose of this project was to provide evaluation and consultation assistance for the Mid-South Delta Initiative Project (MSDI), which provided financial and technical assistance resources to 2-1-1s in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas. Hurricanes Katrina and Rita highlighted the need for scalable statewide 2-1-1s in the Gulf Coast region.
