On September 26th, the PPC commemorated its tenth anniversary by holding an open house. Over 100 people stopped by. Remarks were made by Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Barbara Couture, and there were congratulatory videos from Senator Chuck Hagel and Senator Ben Nelson.
